emotions in turmoil, my future confused
only you my brother can give me sight
I am blind as always to the path you have
A lamp to my feet is less than I wish
But more than I deserve to receive this night
My spirit cries out from your death on the cross
My assurance and hope that speaks through the ages
My God and My brother who saw me and died still
While I am lost and confused and stumbling by your light
